SERVICES

These are the high level services offered:

Vendor Evaluation

Recommendations will be made on which API Vendor bests aligns with your business and technical goals. A like-for-like comparison will be created for each feature of the solution, scored, and documented.

Architectural Design

Design the architecture for your API Management layer. Design is influenced by many things: Security, CI/CD, Process Flow, Networking, Staffing, Versioning, Monitoring and Auditing, to name a few. This starts on a whiteboard and ends up in a beautiful design document.

Implementation

Let's roll up the sleeves and get to work. Define the team, members from: Infrastructure (networking, DNS and sys-admins), Security, API engineers, Application engineers, Business sponsors and Project Managers. Build the project plan to define design, build, deploy and test phases…and go!

Monitoring and Auditing

In the design phase we may have decided to use existing systems, if so let the integration begin. We may also use what comes out-of-the-box from the vendor.

At CA I worked as an API Engineer for 4+ years, and we were not required to be certified, but I’m certainly qualified!
